History
Troop started 20/1/1942 with Cyril Watkins SM / registered 18/6/1942, Pack registered 17/6/1943 and met at church hall/ had 9 Scouts / 2 Leaders in 1945, deregistered 1946. In 1942 attended Anzac Day service & Mr A Watkins was SM and in July 1942 had 13 Scouts/1 Leader. Pack started 11/2/1943 with 14 Cubs/1 Leader CM Mrs M Lewis. Had 14 Cubs/15 Scouts/2 Leaders in 1943, 8 Cubs/9 Scouts/2 Leaders in 1944, 9 Scouts/0 Leaders in 1945.
Pack deregistered 1945 / had 8 Scouts /1 Leader. Pack reregistered October 1961 with H Whalley CM / Troop reregistered October 1962 with R Miller SL. In 1962 24 members, were purchasing land for £50, had been given cottage as gift to be relocated and altered to be hall. June 1962 Scouting in NSW said Worner Motors gave 5 bed room house to Group, Scouts, supporters and Apex moved it to land half a mile away owned by Scouts. Hall opened April 1963. In 1963 had 39 members, 32 in 1964, 37 in 1965, 34 in 1966, 49 in 1968, 42 in 1969, 23 in 1971, 18 in 1972, 0 in 1973. Closed by 1976 (not in Catholic Advisory Council list 1976 at St V De Paul archives.
