History

District formed July 1959 comprising Shire of Eurobodalla and town of Bermagui

Badge (1979+) designed by then DC Noel Phillips and depicted Mt Dromedary, coastal lakes, sea and a black swan.

Was 1st Batemans Bay, 1st Moruya. In 1992 in South Coast Area.
